Using MOSS Image
These terms apply to moss-image.dev. You are responsible for your account, the material you upload and how you use generated images. Provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials confidential.
Your inputs and outputs
Only upload images, identities and other content you have permission to use. Do not use the service for unlawful, abusive, deceptive or infringing content. Image processing uses OpenMOSS models through fal.ai; applicable provider restrictions also apply. AI output may contain mistakes and may not be unique. Review it before relying on or publishing it.
Credits and task failures
An image task reserves two credits before provider submission. Definitively failed or rejected tasks return their reserved credits once. A task with an uncertain provider submission remains under review to avoid duplicate charges or duplicate paid submissions. A first-time account receives two welcome credits once.
Plans and purchases
Stripe handles monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions and one-time credit packs. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Annual plans are charged once per year and deliver credits in 12 monthly allotments. Unused subscription credits expire at the end of each monthly allocation period; one-time pack credits do not expire. Cancel through Manage billing in your account menu, effective at the end of your paid period. Prices and billing frequency are shown before payment.
Community library
Library prompts and previews are collected community references, with source links and attribution. Inclusion does not grant rights to third-party characters, brands, images or likenesses. GPT Image 2 examples do not guarantee matching MOSS Image output.
Availability and contact
The service depends on third-party infrastructure and may be interrupted, changed or unavailable. We may restrict abusive use. For service questions or disputes, contact support@moss-image.dev.
